Girls MOVE x VCW Workshop

In partnership with Girl MOVE Academy, the VCW Lab delivered an empowering workshop for 30 young women from Mozambique, focused on personal development and career preparation. Using myVCW, participants explored the central question: “What should be my value proposition for the job market?”
Throughout the session, the group applied the Value Creation Wheel to identify strengths, clarify aspirations, and translate individual potential into actionable career pathways. The workshop encouraged creativity, self-reflection, and confidence building, supporting participants in defining how they can create value in their future professional journeys.
The session was marked by high energy, meaningful dialogue, and a strong spirit of collaboration, made possible through the support of Girl MOVE Academy and the dedication of facilitators and partners.
VCW Workshop: Boosting Team Motivation and Retention for Lasting Value

Hosted at Nova School of Business and Economics and sponsored by Agile Thinkers, this workshop brought together leaders from multiple sectors to explore how organizations can strengthen team motivation, increase engagement, and ensure long-term retention. Through the Value Creation Wheel methodology, participants co-created actionable solutions to some of the most pressing challenges in contemporary team management.
The session featured hands-on application of the VCW Funnel, enabling participants to collaboratively identify problems, generate ideas, and evaluate solutions in a structured and transparent way. The workshop combined co-creation with practical insights from internationally recognized experts

The 6th VCW Conference at Nova SBE brought together leaders, academics, and policymakers to apply the VCW Funnel and explore solutions for Nova SBE & Partners’ challenges. The event fostered collaboration and promoted sustainable decision-making.
